Comprehensive IP Audit for a Well-Known Ukrainian Brewery

AMBASSADORS was engaged by Opillia, a well-known brewery in Ukraine, to conduct a comprehensive intellectual property (IP) audit. This audit was a strategic first step towards strengthening their IP asset base and unlocking future opportunities for brand commercialization.

Operating in a competitive and brand-driven fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector, the client recognized the importance of ensuring that its trademarks, packaging, and creative assets were protected and positioned for long-term value creation. Our audit assessed the status and enforceability of their registered rights, identified exposure to infringement risks, uncovered potential gaps in protection, and explored opportunities for a strategic IP asset roadmap. All findings were distilled into a practical roadmap of recommendations.

As a result, Opillia gained a clear legal and strategic foundation for transforming its intellectual property from a passive legal asset into an active commercial lever.
