On March 11-12, 2025, the Kyiv International Cyber Resilience Forum 2025 brought together global leaders, policymakers, public sector representatives, and business executives to tackle the most pressing challenges in digital sovereignty and cybersecurity resilience.

AMBASSADORS was proud to serve as the legal partner of this premier event in Ukraine and Central & Eastern Europe, contributing to the development of a robust legal framework for cybersecurity. This year's forum established itself as a key European platform for discussions on digital sovereignty and hybrid threats, featuring over 70 speakers and more than 1,000 participants.

Our partnership with #KICRF2025 highlights our commitment to supporting businesses with legal solutions, an essential pillar of cybersecurity. While technology plays a crucial role in countering cyber threats, its effectiveness is maximized only when reinforced by strong legal mechanisms that ensure a strategically resilient protection system.

Legal engineering may not always be visible, but it is the backbone of cybersecurity. It reduces attack risks, develops response protocols, and integrates global protection standards into corporate governance. In today’s digital battlefield, the law is not merely a foundation of cybersecurity; it is also a frontline defense.

Yaroslav Ognevyuk, Head of IP & Tech at AMBASSADORS, emphasized: "The Kyiv International Cyber Resilience Forum 2025 once again proved that cybersecurity is not just about technology; it’s about strategy, resilience, and legal preparedness. The discussions on digital sovereignty and hybrid threats highlighted the critical role of legal frameworks in protecting businesses and national security."

Andrii Kotyk, Partner and Head of General Business Practices and Regulatory at AMBASSADORS, added: "We strive for as many businesses as possible to effectively integrate legal solutions into cybersecurity strategies to ensure that companies remain protected in an evolving digital risk era. Our contribution to #KICRF2025 is a step forward in this direction."
