Experience
- Advised a leading US automotive online action platform on Ukrainian IP issues related to the Ukrainian market entrance by franchising. Supervised and advised on adherence of the Client’s master franchise system to the local legal requirements, prepared main documents and agreements
- Assisted the leading automotive, FMCG and luxury goods’ manufacturers in protection of IP rights at the customs border, successfully supervised multiply administrative procedures, seizures and destructions of counterfeits
- Assisted the known Swiss confectionary manufacturers on IP, unfair competition and antimonopoly legislation; prepared, revised and negotiated the relevant terms of distribution agreements
- Represented the known US social network in strategic copyright and trademarks’ enforcement starting from market investigations and leading to a series of administrative offence procedures and other enforcement measures
- Protected the rights of the world known social network in the series of successful litigations against multiply trademark infringements
- Represented several known US entertainment companies in successful disputes of early termination of trademark protection due to non-use. As a result of in-court settlements the Clients’ trademarks were successfully protected and registered in Ukraine
- Represented the known German group of household goods’ manufacturers in a set of proceedings against trademarks infringements on the Internet including successful representation under the UDRP procedure
